Hyundai Motor India has made some important changes to the range of its popular 3-row SUV Alcazar. The company has now launched a new diesel-powered Corporate variant, which has a starting price of ₹ 17,86,700 (ex-showroom). This variant is now available with both 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox options.
Apart from this, the petrol variants have also seen upgrades. Hyundai has now included a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) in the Prestige trim, making the automatic option more affordable and comfortable than before.
Now, this car also gets features that were earlier limited to the top variants. It now also gets a voice command operated panoramic sunroof, which was earlier available only in the higher trims.
For those who like clutch-free driving, the Corporate diesel automatic variant has been introduced at a price of ₹ 19,28,700 (ex-showroom). The petrol base Prestige variant now gets Hyundai’s 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, which is priced at ₹ 18,63,700.

The entry of the new variant has brought relief to those customers who want an automatic transmission but want to buy it without spending too much money. Now they will not have to go to the high-spec model.
Talking about the interior, the cabin now has ambient lighting on the dashboard along with the front and rear doors, which gives a premium feel. Apart from this, features like dual-zone automatic climate control, push-button start with smart key and front-row wireless charging are also included, which make it even more attractive in this segment.
On the outside, the design of the Alcazar remains as familiar as before, but now some premium touches have been added to it. 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, bridge-style roof rails, quad-beam LED headlamps and sequential turn indicators are now being offered in the Corporate and Prestige petrol DCT variants.
Nothing has been left out in terms of technology either. The center console now has a 10.25-inch high-definition infotainment system, which has Hyundai’s Bluelink connected features integrated. There is also wired-to-wireless adapter support with this, making smartphone connectivity like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay even easier.
Talking about safety features, now safety features like six airbags, electronic stability control, vehicle stability management and hill-start assist are standard in the new variants.
Talking about the price, currently the range of 2025 Hyundai Alcazar starts from ₹ 17.22 lakh and goes up to ₹ 21.74 lakh (ex-showroom).

On the launch of the new variants, Whole-Time Director and COO of Hyundai Motor India Limited, Tarun Garg said:
“At Hyundai Motor India Limited, we are continuously listening to customer feedback and evolving our product offerings to meet their aspirations. The introduction of the Corporate variant in ALCAZAR Diesel with a voice enabled smart panoramic sunroof and the inclusion of DCT in the Prestige Petrol variant reflects our commitment to providing a more personalized and premium SUV experience.”
