The bike has the same 373cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine as before, but now its power has been increased from 40hp to 43hp. Apart from this, the redline for sport mode has been increased by 1000 rpm to 10,700 rpm as before, while in road, off-road, and rain modes it is limited to 10,300 rpm.

The top speed has also been increased from the earlier 150 kmph to 157 kmph. Talking about performance, now this bike reaches a speed of 0 to 60 kmph in just 2.7 seconds, while the speed of 0 to 100 kmph is achieved in just 6.4 seconds, which is much faster than the previous model.

Some important hardware updates have also been made in the new Pulsar NS 400Z. It now has sintered brake pads (retro-fit) for better stopping performance, with the help of which the braking distance is reduced by about 7%. Apart from this, the company has also increased the section of the rear tire.

Now customers will get a wider 150-section tire as an option, although the option of the old 140-section tire will also be available. The transmission has also been made smoother and more responsive than before.

The company has not made many changes in the styling and overall design of the bike with this update, due to which it retains the identity of Pulsar. In the market, this bike will compete with performance bikes like the KTM 390 Duke, TVS Apache RTR 310, and Triumph Speed 400.

Overall, the 2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS 400Z can be a perfect choice for a rider who wants sporty looks with powerful performance and features like modern braking and tires, and that too at an affordable price.
