Hyundai is currently working on a plan to launch a total of 26 new products in India by 2030. This list includes some all-new models, updated versions of existing vehicles and 6 new electric vehicles. The country’s second largest car manufacturer now wants to further strengthen its product portfolio by expanding it across multiple segments and price ranges.

The company is preparing to bring the new generation Hyundai Venue to the Indian market by the end of 2025. The facelift version of Exter wiall also may come by 2026. Apart from this, Hyundai will also add a new model to its range of compact cars next year. The Bayon will be launched to compete with the Maruti Suzuki Fronx that is already in the market, which is based on the Baleno’s platform. Hyundai Bayon will also compete with vehicles like Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor, Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite.

This new compact crossover is codenamed Bc4i and is being built on the K2 platform of the Hyundai i20. This vehicle is being designed keeping in mind such customers who want something new and unique in view of the growing demand for the compact SUV segment. This model is expected to play an important role in Hyundai’s sales growth in India. This car will be positioned between Venue and Creta, which means its size will also be similar – neither too big nor too small.

This upcoming SUV from Hyundai will be equipped with premium features. Both manual and automatic options can be available for transmission.

Talking about Bayon, this car is already being sold in Europe, Asia and parts of Africa since 2021. It was also given a new facelift last year. In the international market, this car comes with 1.0L T-GDi, 1.2L MPi and 1.4L MPi Kappa II engine options. It has also received a 4-star safety rating by Euro NCAP.

One special thing about Bayon is its unique design. Its look is a bit quirky, that is, it looks quite different from other cars, and this is probably what makes it special. In a country like India, where the buyer’s first attention is on the look of the car, this style of Bayon can attract customers.
