Maruti Suzuki has further strengthened its mid-size SUV range with the launch of the 2025 Grand Vitara S-CNG. Safety has been given priority in this new model, with 6 airbags being provided as standard. Available in Delta and Zeta variants, the SUV starts at Rs 13.48 lakh (approximately $16,150 USD, ex-showroom, Delhi), while the Zeta variant is priced at Rs 15.62 lakh (around $18,720 USD).
The SUV is 4,345 mm long, 1,795 mm wide, and 1,645 mm high. It has a 1.5-litre K-series dual jet, dual VVT engine, which produces 87.8 BHP of power at 5,500 RPM and 121.5 Nm of torque at 4,200 RPM in CNG mode. Its mileage is 26.6 km/kg, making it economical.

The new Grand Vitara S-CNG comes with features like PM 2.5 air purifier, ventilated front seats, rear door sunshades, premium sound system from Clarion, wireless charging dock, and 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system (with wireless connectivity). Apart from this, TPMS, Suzuki Connect, and rearview camera are also present.
Safety features include ESP with 6 airbags, hill hold assist, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and disc brakes on all four wheels. This model is part of Maruti’s multi-powertrain strategy, which also includes Strong Hybrid and ALLGRIP SELECT 4×4 variants.
