TVS Motor is once again preparing to introduce its popular scooter Ntorq 125 in a new avatar. This time the company is going to bring a new Super Squad edition, taking forward the superhero theme of Ntorq, which has also been teased recently.

TVS first launched the Ntorq in the year 2018, and since then it has held a special place in the company’s lineup. Even though Jupiter is still number one in terms of sales, Ntorq has also strongly supported TVS’s scooter segment by contributing 23%.
New Theme of Marvel Heroes
TVS’s Super Squad edition has always paid tribute to the superheroes of the Marvel Universe. Earlier, the company had launched limited edition scooters based on characters like Spider-Man, Thor, Captain America, Black Panther. Now, some new superhero designs can also be seen in the new edition.
Features and Variants
The Ntorq 125 currently comes in five variants: Disc, Race Edition, Super Squad Edition, Race XP, and XT. From these, the most high-tech variant XT gets a TFT digital display, while the rest of the variants get an LCD dashboard. The features of the different variants are mostly limited to the design and graphics.
Performance and Price
Talking about performance, the Race XP variant gets the most powerful engine, 10.2 hp and 10.8 Nm of torque, which enables it to reach a top speed of 98 km/h. The other variants have power outputs of 9.4 hp and 10.5 Nm.
Talking about the price, the Ntorq range starts from ₹ 87,542 and goes up to ₹ 1.07 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
While the Jupiter recently crossed the 70 lakh unit sales mark and accounts for 62% of the company’s total scooter sales, the Ntorq 125 has also established itself as TVS’ second most important scooter with a 23% share.
