BMW Motorrad has introduced the updated version of its futuristic-looking scooter, the BMW CE 04 EV Scooter, in the international market. Even though there is no mechanical change this time, the scooter has become more attractive in terms of design and customization.
Variants
This time CE 04 has been introduced in three variants: Base, Avantgarde, and Exclusive. The base variant now comes with a light white uni paint scheme, which has a black-grey seat and clear windshield.
To make the Avantgarde version more eye-catching, it has been given Sao Paulo yellow accents with a Gravity Blue metallic finish. In this, you will also get a yellow-tinted windshield, white-yellow taping, and laser-engraved trim on the rear wheel.

The most exclusive Exclusive variant has a Space Silver metallic finish and comes with heated grips, hand guards, a comfort seat with heating, and new upholstery with ‘CE 04’ embroidery on the seat.
Tech Upgrades
The BMW CE 04 continues to feature a 10.25-inch TFT colour display that now comes with built-in navigation maps. This means no need for external GPS. The scooter’s headlights, taillights, and indicators are all LED-based.
Performance
Mechanically, there is no change. The CE 04 continues to get a 42 hp electric motor that generates 62 Nm of torque. Its top speed is 120 km/h, and the 8.9 kWh battery pack offers a range of 130 km on a single charge.
When will it launch in India?
The current version is currently priced at ₹ 15.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in India. However, BMW has not yet announced the launch of the updated model.
