Vietnam’s electric vehicle company VinFast is all set to make its debut in India. The company has joined hands with 13 automobile dealer groups across the country, under which a total of 32 EV dealerships will be opened in 27 cities. This move is an important part of VinFast’s strategy to expand rapidly in India and establish a strong 3S network (Sales, Service, Spares).
The company aims to start 35 dealerships by the end of 2025. From July 15, the company is going to start pre-booking of VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs. At these dealerships, customers will get the full facility of viewing the product, test driving, service facility, and spare parts.
Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia, said, “We are very excited to partner with India’s most trusted dealer partner groups. This is part of our vision to build a network that can provide reliable service, quality products, and EV experience to the customers.” Where will the dealerships open?

In the initial phase, VinFast will open dealerships in 27 major cities of the country, including EV-friendly cities like Delhi, Gurugram, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Cochin, Bhubaneswar, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Visakhapatnam, Trivandrum, and Goa.
These cities have been selected keeping in mind the EV infrastructure, demand, and growth potential.
